For the occasion, one of the most renowned Mexican chefs on the island, <strong>Armando Saldanha<\/strong>, will inaugurate this first edition with a proposal of <strong>PURE MEXICO<\/strong>, bringing together all lovers of Mexican cuisine in the south of Tenerife.<\/p>\r\n<!-- \/wp:post-content -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph {\"align\":\"justify\"} -->\r\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">The menu is <strong>a selection of the chef&#8217;s best dishes<\/strong>, aiming to transport diners to the heart of his hometown, Puebla, with his own versions of classics from <strong>one of the most original cuisines in the world.<\/strong> These include his famous Shrimp Cocktail and Tuna Tartare Toast with chipotle mayonnaise, Green Scallop Aguachile with cucumber and apple, and Chipotle Chicken with pico de gallo and pineapple.<\/p>\r\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:image -->\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/old.gourmetlandtenerife.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/Imagen-menu-large.jpg\" alt=\"The image has an empty ALT attribute; its file name is Imagen-menu-large.jpg\" \/><\/figure>\r\n<!-- \/wp:image -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph {\"align\":\"justify\"} -->\r\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">The menu designed by Armando Saldanha for this event consists of 6 dishes and a welcome cocktail (\u20ac49\/pp., pairing not included) and will be served in two shifts (7:45 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.), so prior reservation is essential. Trained with Gamonal, Sergi Arola, and Paco Roncero, he points out that his master and father in this world was Philippe Batel, the Frenchman from the bistro L&#8217;Olivier, located on \u00c1ngel Guimer\u00e1 street in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Just weeks before the reopening of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/Amorcitocorazonrest\/\">Amorcito Coraz\u00f3n<\/a>, Armando visits The Duke Shops to transport Costa Adeje to the heart of Mexico.\r\n\r\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph {\"align\":\"justify\"} -->\r\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Miranda MX is the most fun Mexican restaurant in Costa Adeje, where, for only 18 months, it has stood out in the south of the island with a <strong>large terrace and unique location<\/strong>, an ideal place to share 100% Mexican dishes.
